Suggest a link to end-of-life data:
EDELEdata.org lists websites and web pages with useful data about decedents, dying and end-of-life
experience. If you are aware of websites or web pages that have this type of data and you have not
found them on the EDELE site, please send us the information via "suggest a resource" e-mail.
We will research the link you provide and add the pages that meet our criteria to the EDELE site.
At present, we are particularly interested in data about:
- Nursing homes with hospice contracts
- Number of ICU beds by county
- Availability and use of medical transportation services by county or state
- Social support services available to and/or used by decedents during the last year of life
- Provision of grief and bereavement services
- Bereavement care outcomes
- About decedents
- Cultural factors affecting end-of-life care; including death practices
- Faith/religious preferences of decedents
- Length of time spent in the final setting of care for decedents
- Health status data, particularly SF36 data, for decedents in the last year of life
- Availability and use of faith community support or services by decedents during the last year of life
- Availability and use of spiritual care providers by decedents during the last year of life
- Impact of spiritual support and/or faith community services on end-of-life care

related to decedents and the experience of end-of-life care, please send us the following information in a
